Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of hotels via the reservation system of Attitude Hotels.

Scope of application
The present general terms and conditions apply to reservations that you make yourself via the online reservations system of Attitude Hotels.

Accommodation Contract
The accommodation contract comes into effect immediately between you and the hotel of your choice, via mouse click, when making a booking. All rights and obligations arising from the ensuing accommodation contract exist between the booking party and his/her chosen Attitude hotel, unless otherwise stated in the property’s reservation and cancellation policy. Attitude Hotels is not a party to this accommodation contract. You will receive a customer booking reference number confirming your booking which will appear on your screen and will be sent to the email address you provide in your reservation form. Whether or not you receive the email, Attitude Hotels acceptance will be deemed completed and effectively communicated to you. The same booking reference will be forwarded to the corresponding hotel on your behalf by Attitude Hotels. In extreme situations (such as unauthorized credit cards, guest has been blacklisted by the hotel or has disregarded the orientation of the hotel) the hotel may contact you and inform you about the cancellation of your confirmed booking. The procurement for the booking is free of charge for you. Bookings are not transferable to any other person and can not be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.

Confirmed prices and payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. To lock into a rate/price you must book the reservation. All Attitude Hotels prices are current, low day prices, shown in the name of the individual hotel and are valid for all bookings made via the reservation system of Attitude hotels. VAT and tax regulations and rules differ from country to country. Please note that a visitor's tax might apply in certain locations. In some countries, a local tax and/or a service charge is levied on the travel price or room rate. The amount of this tax changes all the time, and thus, information regarding this tax is always noncommittal. A valid credit card is required for making hotel reservations with Attitude Hotels. Your credit card is used only as a guarantee for your reservation and will not be charged by Attitude Hotels at the time the reservation is made unless otherwise stated in the general cancellation policy rules of the hotel as published in Attitude Hotels (e.g. some hotels may require a deposit). If the specific credit card looses the validity between the time the reservation is made and the arrival date, then the hotel concerned shall be entitled to cancel the reservation at any time without consulting you and you loose any entitlement to accommodation. You pay the confirmed price directly in the hotel. In same cases, the hotel requests the advance payment of all or part of the overnight stay. In this case, you will a corresponding letter/invoice from the hotel. Any claims and obligations out of the accommodation contract only exist between you and the hotel chosen by you.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations have to be carried out via the Attitude Hotels online system. Please note each reservation has its own rules and terms listed on the reservation and may be subject to cancellation fee. You may read all rules and terms pertaining to your reservation prior to booking. If you are unable to cancel within the allotted time requirements stated in the hotel’s cancellation policy you will be charged a cancellation fee as outlined in the cancellation rules. In case of a change or cancellation carried out directly at the hotel, Attitude Hotels cannot provide any information concerning possible discrepancies concerning the date of the cancellation or the fact of cancellation as such.

Hotel-Categories and Hotel Information
Hotel ratings and descriptions should be regarded only as general guidelines designed to assist you in making your lodging decisions. Circumstances such as ongoing renovations, overbooking, and specific guest needs can affect the quality of your stay.

Membership account, content and security
You may wish to open an account on Attitude Hotels. Attitude Hotels reserves the right to close the account of any customer who has opened multiple accounts on his/her name. Customers are responsible to ensure that the details provided at registration are kept up to date. Attitude Hotels at its sole discretion, reserves the right to close an account at any time for any reason, including but without limitation the violation of these terms and conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account. Attitude Hotels cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these rules. Minors (under 18 years of age) are not eligible to register for or use the services available on our site.

Liability for reproduction
Attitude Hotels disclaims any liability for the reproduction of this website through a third party website or access to this website obtained through a third party website or any user’s home page, which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or limitations and conditions on the room rates and products offered through this website.

Intellectual Property
All trade marks (including, but not limited to, the “Attitude Hotels™” trade mark, reproductions of Attitude Hotels logo), copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this website (as well as the organization and layout of this website) are owned either directly by Attitude Hotels or by its licensors. Without Attitude Hotels’ prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on this website whether in whole or in part. However, the contents of this website may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use.

Governing Law and Place of Jurisdiction
All legal relation between you and Attitude Hotels shall exclusively be governed by the laws of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Attitude hotels shall, however, also be entitled to sue you at your general venue.

Miscellaneous
The invalidity or unenforceability of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect, impair or invalidate any of the remaining terms and conditions.
The website is owned and operated by Attitude Hotels.

While Attitude Hotels has taken every effort to ensure that the information contained within the website is correct at the time of going live, Attitude Hotels cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions or any information which may be incomplete, inaccurate or may have become out of date. Whilst Attitude Hotels tries to ensure all room rates, conditions and times are correct it cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

Attitude Hotels has made every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It is always wise for you to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the internet. Attitude hotels cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

 

All information was constructed with the greatest care. Attitude Hotels accepts no liability for potential mistakes made during data entry or transmission. Data transfer into other data carriers, even part of it, or its use for a different purpose to the one designated here, is only acceptable with the explicit permission of Attitude Hotels.

In the event of a discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other language versions of the same terms and conditions, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
